7th ANNUAL VWs AT THE BEACH

With very gusty winds and the possibility of rain was not a good way for this show to open. As the day went on the winds died down and it accually turned into a pleasant afternoon. There were a large number of cars that showed and huge number of spectators to support the Jacksonville Chapter of the South Eastern VW Club. As always this club went out of its way to make sure that everyone had a great time and we were glad that everything was such a success.

This 2 day event is in the perfect setting offering camping, great food and an outstanding VW Show. The weather this year was outstanding and Herb and the hard working members of  "The Senic City Volks Folks Club" went out of their way to make sure everyone involved in showing, vendors and spectators had a wonderful time. As you can see there were some great cars there. Our congradulations to everyone involved.

Once again the VW Gods we looking down upon us and allowed Sven to put on a tremendous VW show that was enjoyed by all. There were games and push buggy races that the crowd always seem to enjoy and gave this show an appeal that is carried year to year. Congradulations!!!!
